Hilton Suites Ocean City Oceanfront, Ocean City

I was happy with the location of the hotel, close to everything but not on the boardwalk. The rooms were clean and had modern features, although we had to ask to be closer to the elevator for a walking-impaired family member. The service was generally good, except for some unhelpful encounters, and the dining options were enjoyable. The hotel offers great amenities and a spacious suite, but there were some mixed experiences with the staff.

The hotel has some ups and downs. It offers antiquated rooms that could use some renovations but come with excellent amenities like full kitchens, jacuzzi tubs, and separate living areas. The location is super convenient, being right on the beach surrounded by other hotels and condos. The dining experience exceeds expectations, particularly for fresh fish, although some improvement could be made in service, as not all requests were met.

My stay at this hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were spacious, allowing me to cook and enjoy my meals on the balcony, but cleanliness was a bit of an issue. The location was superb, close to everything, but the staff, except for Destiny at check-in and Shelbi, were far from friendly. Despite the drawbacks in service, if you can overlook mediocre treatment, it's an adequate choice for a resort hotel stay, especially if you aren't expecting top-notch service. As a Hilton Diamond member, I've experienced better options at similar rates and won't be returning here.
